🛒 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future as we continue to grow.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are collectibles, all sales are generally considered final. Eligible returns may be accepted within 1 day of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 50% restocking fee will apply. Please note that final sale items and certain collectibles cannot be returned.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your item, please reach out to our team with your order details and a photo so we can review your request and determine the best solution.

Are these official products?
Yes — all items are authentic, officially licensed collectibles from License 2 Play and our partners.

What if an item I want is sold out?
Many of our drops are limited edition. Once they’re gone, they may not come back — but we’re always adding new collectibles, so keep an eye out!
